CONDITIONS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY: This Privacy Policy explains Gaiapop’s practices, including its customers’ choices, regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of certain information, including your personal information, by BKS Media Inc (“Gaiapop”). You, the user of, defined throughout this document as “You”, “Yours”, and all other correlated pronouns. These Partners may include (depending on the services you use): your Internet or TV service provider, or other providers of media streaming devices that make our service available on your device; mobile operators or other companies that provide services and receive payment for the Gaiapop service and transmit it to us; and providers of voice assistant platforms that allow interaction with our service through voice commands. The information that Partners provide to us depends on the nature of the partner’s services and may include: • Media search queries and commands performed on partner voice assistant devices or platforms; • Service activation information, such as your email or other contact information; • Device IDs or other unique identifiers used in user authentication, the Gaiapop service signing experience, partner payment processing, and content display v through portions of the partner user interface. • Information from other sources: Gaiapop also obtains information from other sources.   • Determine your approximate geographic location, offer localized content, personalized recommendations for movies and series that, in our evaluation, could be of interest to you. 
  • Determine your Internet service provider and help our team to respond quickly and efficiently to your questions and requests
  • Coordinate with Partners to make the Gaiapop service available to subscribers and provide non-subscribers with information on the availability of the Gaiapop service according to the specific relationship you have with the Partner
  • Prevent, detect and investigate potentially prohibited or illegal activities, including fraudulent activities, and apply our terms (such as determining your eligibility for free use) • Analyze and understand our audience, improve the service (including the user interface) and optimize the selection of content, recommendation algorithms and transmission
  • Communicate with you about the service so that we can send you news about Gaiapop, details on new features, content available on Gaiapop, special offers, promotional announcements, market research, and to assist you with operational requests such as password reset requests. These communications can be made through various methods such as email, push notifications, text messages, online messaging channels, and the corresponding identifier communications (described below).
